Soupelina’s Soup Cleanse

There is nothing like a California soup cleanse to beat those January blues and recover from the holiday season! We love  “Soupelina’s Soup Cleanse”, a cookbook created by the lovely Elina Fuhrman, an LA based journalist and master of health in the kitchen. Par Bengtsson shot all the beautiful images in the book with Randy Price prop styling and Angela Yeung food styling the gorgeous dishes and fresh ingredients. The recipes are satisfying and carefully designed to rejuvenate the mind and body.
